There may be some construction noise from ongoing upgrades between 7 AM and 3 PM. Access to the suite requires climbing stairs to the second floor. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property, with a risk of a $150 fine. Late check-outs will incur a fine of $150 for each additional hour. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine. The suite is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for business travelers or remote work. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection MID-STAY CLEANING For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included. The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit and mid-stay cleaning.
