This Cozy Hideaway is perfect for groups of up to 8, offering a recently renovated and professionally designed space with all the modern comforts you need. The backyard features a relaxing hot tub and is fully fenced, making it ideal for families or groups with pets. Inside, the large living room features a sectional couch and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, including a coffee bar that doubles as a small dining table when the leaf is open. Additionally, a sunroom off the kitchen boasts an overhead fan, screened windows, and a large dining table for up to 8. The home includes three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the first floor, one bedroom has a full trundle bed with a twin bed underneath, while the other has a comfortable queen bed. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also on this floor. Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious king bed, along with a desk and chair for added convenience. The basement offers additional space with a full pull-out couch and another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This area also includes a large dining room for up to 8 and offers gaming options with an old-school Nintendo 64 and a Mortal Kombat arcade game. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Enjoy the convenience of being a short drive to the lake and nearby shops and restaurants. This home offers a comfortable and convenient stay with all the amenities you could need. Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking of any kind inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 charge applies for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean. Hot Tub House Rules include a $250 cleanliness fine if not followed, with rules such as using beach towels only, no food or drinks, and respecting neighbors by keeping noise levels down. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, with reimbursement available upon receipt submission. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but appreciated.
