Welcome to your new home in the heart of Mission Valley! This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom ground-floor condo was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Fully furnished and move-in ready, it’s the perfect place for professionals, travelers, or anyone looking for a tranquil yet central San Diego base. Inside the condo, you'll find a bright patio to enjoy the San Diego sunshine, modern furnishings throughout, and a spacious living room with a 55” Roku TV, ceiling fan, and wall AC unit. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for everyday cooking. The cozy bedroom features a queen bed with a memory foam topper, blackout shades, ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. The large bathroom offers plenty of storage. Ask about our family add-ons: early check-in, late check-out, Pack 'n Play crib, beach wagon, and car rentals to save the hassle of the rental agency. The community offers a sparkling pool and hot tub, outdoor BBQ area, game room and community lounge, laundry facilities onsite, and a small dog play area. Parking includes 1 assigned covered carport and 1 unassigned permit on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional street parking nearby. Well-behaved pets are welcome per our pet policy with a fee of $100 per pet per month for up to 2 pets under 40 lbs each. This super convenient Mission Valley location offers easy access to major freeways and the trolley. It's just down the street from Fashion Valley mall, Costco, and Ikea, and provides a quick commute to Downtown, San Diego beaches, shopping, and dining. The condo is also close to top medical centers: Kaiser Zion (0.5 mi), Rady Children’s (5 mi), UC San Diego Medical (6 mi), Sharp Grossmont (8 mi), and more. The entire community is non-smoking, and smoking indoors will incur a $400 charge. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., and no parties are allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person per night if not disclosed. There is a $100 fee for tampering with Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, locks, etc. Unlawful use of the home, including illegal activities or substances, will result in a $500 fee. Shoes should be off upon entry, and coasters and trivet mats should be used to prevent damage to surfaces. The garbage disposal should not be used for metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $200, and guests will be responsible for any overages. HOA rules must be adhered to, or there is a risk of being deplatformed.
