Designated on-site parking is available. Pool, gym, sauna, and an outdoor grilling area are available as community amenities. Local meal prep companies, baby gear, a beach wagon, and rental cars are available through preferred providers once booked. For monthly stays, there is a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages. Pet are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per month. Suncrest Condo is located in a quiet, well-maintained building but just steps away from the energy of Adams Avenue, filled with cozy coffee shops, local eats, and indie boutiques. Transit is available within a few blocks. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $500 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $100 per person per night if not disclosed. Tampering with any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., will incur a $100 fee. Unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.) incurs a $500 fee per instance. Please ensure pets do not do their business inside the home (no pee pads on floors!), please clean up after pet hair, and do not let pet hair go down shower drains if you bathe them, it will clog our pipes! Includes Blazing-fast Gigabit Wi-Fi for remote productivity.
