Sleeping arrangements include a king suite with a private ensuite bathroom on the first floor, a double sofa-bed in the living room, another king suite with a private ensuite bathroom on the second floor, a bedroom with two double beds, and a bedroom with two single beds, with bedrooms three and four sharing a full bathroom. Guests will enjoy free high-speed WiFi, complimentary on-site parking, central air conditioning, and an in-home laundry room with a washer and dryer. For added convenience, the home includes smart TVs, hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, a pack 'n play, and a welcome kit with starter bathroom and kitchen essentials. Linens and towels are also included. Pool heating is available upon 24 hours advance request for an additional fee of USD$35 plus tax per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill available at the properties. Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee of USD$250 for one pet plus tax per stay or USD$150 per pet for two pets or more. If you bring a pet without previous authorization, you will be charged a non-refundable penalty fee of USD$500 plus tax per stay.
