The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances including a gas stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and fridge. Essentials like oil, coffee, sugar, and salt are also provided. Relax in the air-conditioned living room with cozy sofas and a flat-screen Smart TV, complete with cable access to over 100 local channels and streaming options like Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube via Roku. The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. An in-unit washer and dryer are available, complete with detergent. A gated yard offers a secure space for children and pets to roam freely. Pets are welcome. A 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out is available for a fee. You're just minutes from some of Southern California’s best attractions, including Sesame Place, the San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park. The area is known for its laid-back surf culture, with waves perfect for all levels. Convenient parking is available right in the driveway with enough space for 2 vehicles. Please avoid loud noise, loud music, yelling, or screaming at any time during your whole reservation to avoid neighbor’s complaints. To avoid neighbors calling the police, lower all noise and close windows to prevent noise from going outside of the house. Any activities after 9 PM need to be inside the house with all doors and windows closed to prevent noise. If neighbors complain or you violate the noise house rule multiple times, there is a $1000 fine for the violation. Each unauthorized guest or pet will incur a $100 per night penalty. Late checkout without prior approval will be fined 2 times the nightly rate. Do not download illegal content using the Wi-Fi. Dispose of trash in provided bins to avoid overflowing. Report any damages or issues immediately within 3 hours after check-in. Do not put trash or toilet paper in the toilet bowls because clogged toilets or plumbing issues can result in a bill of $300-$500. Do not break any sprinklers and only drive on the driveway and not on the dirt. No DJ is allowed, with a $1000 fine for violations. Fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi is available.
