Local attractions include Adventure Island, The Wharf, The Wharf Amphitheater, Orange Beach Waterfront Park, Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, Waterville USA, and Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
