The parking fee is included in the total amount, with parking space available for a maximum of 2 cars. Additionally, it’s located close to Gulf Shores' top dining, shopping, and entertainment spots, making it a great choice for a relaxing coastal getaway. Local attractions include Gulf State Park, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf Shores Public Beach, Waterville USA, The Hangout, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Fort Morgan Historic Site, Adventure Island, and the Gulf Shores Museum. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. There is a security camera/recording device outside for safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine.
