Feel at home in this 4-bedroom apartment in downtown Columbus. The apartment features original hardwood floors and staircases that may not be suitable for children. This apartment is filled with rare plants and upscale decor. It features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and two Smart TVs with streaming apps. For light sleepers, tower fans and white noise machines are provided in every room. You'll also find two beautiful bathrooms with complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). Private off-street parking is available for two vehicles. If parking for additional cars is needed, street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in (3 pm instead) for $25, 2-hour early check-in (2 pm instead) for $50, 1-hour late check-out (11 am instead) for $25, and 2-hour late check-out (12 pm instead) for $50. The location could not be more perfect! There are many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out. The Short North District is literally less than a minute walk away, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center is an 8-minute walk away. Downtown Columbus area and Ohio State University campus are less than 1 mile away. The Kroger Food Market is less than 1 mile away, Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive away, CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive/uber away, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive away. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. This apartment is perfect for anyone going to an event at The Convention Center or Nationwide Arena, couples/friends looking for a night out in the city, business professionals in town for work, or family/alumni looking to visit Ohio State. This apartment shares a wall with the neighboring unit, so some city or neighbor noise is possible. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission from the partner. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
