It includes 2 king-size beds, 2 queen-size beds, 2 beautiful bathrooms with complimentary toiletries, and 2 fully equipped kitchens with high-end appliances. Enjoy access to 2 smart TVs, and free Wi-Fi with streaming apps. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). Private off-street parking is available for two vehicles, and street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee. The location could not be more perfect! There are many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. It is less than a minute walk to Short North District, an 8-minute walk to Greater Columbus Convention Center, a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium, less than a mile to Ohio State University campus and downtown Columbus area, less than a mile to Kroger Food Market, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 10-minute drive/uber to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed. Furniture is not to be rearranged. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly.
