The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Mont-Royal Metro Station, connecting you quickly to downtown and all major attractions. BIXI bike stations are available just around the corner during the warmer months, and most daily essentials like grocery stores, cafés, and pharmacies are all within a few minutes on foot. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. Entry is self-check-in via a secure key lockbox located outside the building. The person responsible for the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Washing machines are currently out of order and one of the staircase steps is unfinished. This is a residential building, so guests are asked to respect the peace of the neighborhood, especially in the evenings. Parties are not allowed and any extra guests must be approved in advance. Smoking in the apartment will result in a penalty of $500. Pets are not allowed, with a penalty of $500 and immediate eviction without refund for violations. Excessive noise will result in a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. If more guests than initially stated in the reservation sleep at the apartment, a $500 penalty will be charged. Check-in is any time after 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. A late check-out fee of $50 applies between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., with an additional night charged for check-outs after 1:00 p.m. without prior approval.
