This newly constructed, air-conditioned studio features modern furnishings and tasteful decor. With a generator on-site, you'll never be without power, even during stormy seasons. The studio, approximately 366 sq ft, is separate from the main house, ensuring privacy and peace. The studio boasts a small yet functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a queen-size bed, and a full-size pull-out sofa. Enjoy the comfort of heated floors, a mini split A/C for both cooling and additional heating, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet per night. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. Located just minutes from the picturesque town of Langley, you'll find yourself surrounded by galleries, cafes, wine tasting venues, and quaint restaurants. Whidbey Island offers lush forests, quaint towns, and stunning beaches, ideal for nature lovers with ample hiking, kayaking, and scenic views. The best way to explore Whidbey Island is by car. The studio has no direct water view, and specific directions will guide you to the viewpoint. To respect the privacy of owners and neighbors, do not venture beyond the designated areas. Owners live in the main house and have a dog that might bark occasionally, though you won't hear it from the studio. Strictly no parties or events, quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, and no smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation. The studio offers satellite Internet, ideal for those who work from home. However, cellphone signal can be spotty, so enabling Wi-Fi calling/texting is recommended if your carrier allows.
