The fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, an oversized kitchen island with bar stools, and granite countertops. The dedicated dining area offers a sophisticated atmosphere with seating for eight. The open-concept living room is perfect for socializing, featuring designer furniture, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Free parking is available to all guests with an electric gate opening to the attached garage and additional open parking. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, and a $29/night fee will be applied for each additional guest. Centrally located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Lewisville is a vibrant community known for its safe neighborhoods and family-friendly recreational options. Conveniently located only 10 minutes from the DFW airport and straddling two major highways, this location offers easy access to attractions such as Lewisville Lake, Old Town Lewisville, and the Galleria Dallas. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and noise levels are monitored to comply with local ordinances.
