Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties, events, performing artists, or bands are allowed at any time, as these are cause for eviction with no refund. If any damage impacts the ability to offer the home for future guests, you will be held liable. Window air conditioning units are installed in May and removed in September, with each unit having both a cooling and fan function. Each room with a window AC unit also has a fan. High-speed WiFi is available, suitable for work or play. A desk is provided in the hallway for a convenient workspace.
