This is an older duplex located in a wooded area, where it's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice. The property is thoroughly cleaned before each guest's arrival to prevent pests. Guests should be comfortable using stairs to access the laundry facilities in the basement. No smoking is permitted, and guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels, especially if there are people staying on the second floor. For stays between 30-59 days, there is a $300 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If this cap is exceeded by more than $25, reimbursement is required. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage except for Wi-Fi and security system. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, making this apartment ideal for remote work.
