The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and comfortable seating, including a 3-person couch and a loveseat. The dining room seats six and connects to a fully equipped kitchen with major appliances such as a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, and oven. A breakfast nook in the kitchen can seat four. The half bathroom is located in the basement near the laundry area, which includes a washer and dryer. The second floor houses three bedrooms, featuring a queen bed, a double bed, and two twin beds, along with a dedicated office area. High-speed WiFi and AC units are provided during the summer. Pets are welcome, and the number of pets is negotiable. A cleaning fee is negotiable and is based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m., and there is a two-car detached garage available. Additional services include private chef services, hospital amenities, car transportation, first-floor living arrangements, and car charging stations. This house is ideally located for those traveling with pets and needing proximity to major Cleveland destinations like Neela Park, Cleveland Clinic, and University Circle. It's a short drive to Forest Hill Park, Dave’s Grocery Stores, Walmart, Target, Whole Foods, and Starbucks, with easy access to the highway. Guests who book a stay between 30-59 days will have a built-in $350 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If this cap is surpassed by more than $25, reimbursement for overage is required. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are subject to reimburse for utility usage except for WiFi and security system. The house is located in a wooded area, so it's common to see wildlife like deer and squirrels. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside, please alert us immediately. No smoking or parties are allowed, and all pets must be approved before booking. Snow removal is not provided unless there is more than 3 to 4 inches of snow in one day, but snow shovels are available for guest use. Lawn maintenance is provided during spring, summer, and fall. Extra blankets are provided, but no extra pillows are available at this time. The house includes a dedicated office area with a desk, lamp, and chair, making it ideal for remote work. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.
