Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All guests must complete identity verification prior to check-in, and the primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Smart lock access details will be shared prior to check-in, and guests are expected to follow instructions provided in the Guest Portal.
