Welcome to the coziest cottage in Columbus! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers all the comforts of home and is centrally located just 15 minutes from downtown and minutes from I-185, with easy access to Fort Moore. Enjoy both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. The condo is pet-friendly with a fee. Upon entering the condo, you'll find an open-concept living room with two sleeper sofas, comfy chairs, and a large Smart TV, perfect for relaxation or game nights. Adjacent to the living room are the dining room and kitchen, featuring a stove, microwave, and full-size fridge. The home includes three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds, and one with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. An additional sleeping space with two double beds is available in a shared part of the home without a door. Two bathrooms with tubs are also provided. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional charges apply for cleaning if pet hair or waste is found. Situated in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, this condo offers a peaceful retreat. However, there is no public transportation available, so driving or using cab services like Uber is necessary for getting around. There are a couple of stairs to enter the home and a few stairs to reach the living room. All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, so if you are not comfortable with stairs, this might not be the best choice for your stay. Contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code, and the laundry space is shared between all units. A minimum age of 21 is required to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, with a $500 damage charge for violations. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Excessive noise may result in reservation cancellation without a refund.
