With ample space to sleep 18 guests, this cozy haven offers modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a seasonal above-ground saltwater pool. Relax and feel at home in this family-friendly environment where pets are welcome with a fee. Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Inside, the comfortable living room with a sofa bed and SmartTV leads to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen. A farm table, a smaller dining table, and countertop seating are perfect for enjoying meals and fellowship with your group. The bedrooms in this home are large, with the first featuring three double beds, the second and third each having two double beds, and the last bedroom offering a queen bed. Outside, a charcoal grill is available year-round, and the above-ground saltwater pool is open seasonally. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are permitted with a non-refundable fee, and they must be crated when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. Located in Briarwood in the midtown area, this home is just a short drive from downtown. While some guests have expressed concerns about the neighborhood, the area has never had any security issues. If you have any concerns, feel free to discuss them before booking. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The pool is currently closed for maintenance, and weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool. Access to the yard or pool area will be needed on service days. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM, and any violation may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. Trash should be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal.
