Welcome to this modern and stunning vacation home near the beautiful beaches of St. Petersburg and Indian Rocks Beach. This home features 2 full bedrooms and 1 full bath, a cozy living room with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. Enjoy the private fenced-in patio with furniture and a grill, and feel at home with the free washer and dryer. Please note that the home is located on a busier road, which may result in some noise. This home offers a spacious layout with a connected carport, paved driveway, and a huge landscaped backyard. The private fenced-in patio is equipped with plenty of furniture and a grill, providing a relaxing outdoor space. The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave, along with essential cooking tools, pots, pans, and silverware. Free parking is available in the driveway with a maximum of two cars per reservation. Guests can bring up to 2 pets with a fee of $125 per stay. Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the fenced-in backyard, and pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $250 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Service pets stay for free. Centrally located near several hospitals and beautiful beaches, this home is in a very safe neighborhood. However, it is situated on a busier road, so there may be occasional noise from cars. The home is for sale, which means there may be showings during your stay. We will provide at least 12 hours' notice and try to be flexible around your schedule, but access may be required on occasion. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels to avoid disturbing neighbors. No parties, events, or social gatherings are allowed, and a violation of these rules can result in the cancellation of the remainder of your stay without any refund and an additional penalty of up to $500. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home, and a $250 penalty will be charged if cleaners determine smoking has taken place. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. For early check-in and late checkout requests, the fee is $20 per hour when approved in advance and paid before check-in/checkout. Includes a dedicated office desk for remote work and complimentary Wi-Fi. A laptop computer is not included.
