Welcome to this modern vacation home near the beaches of St. Petersburg and Indian Rocks Beach, where you can feel at home. This home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. This home offers a spacious layout with a connected carport, paved driveway, and a huge landscaped backyard. The private fenced-in patio is equipped with plenty of furniture and a grill, providing a relaxing outdoor space. The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave, as well as essential cooking tools, pots, pans, and silverware. Enjoy the cozy living room with a Smart TV with access to streaming apps and complimentary Wi-Fi. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Guests can bring up to 2 pets with advance notification and a fee of $125 per pet per stay. Centrally located near several hospitals and beautiful beaches, this home offers a very safe neighborhood. Located on a busier road, there is potential for noise. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Parties, events, or social gatherings of any size are not allowed at any time of the day. Our external security cameras can monitor occupancy, and a violation of these rules can result in the cancellation of the remainder of your stay without any refund and an additional penalty of up to $500. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, and guests must pick up after their pet, or incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $250 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, we do not allow any lethal weapons on our properties. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Standard check-in is at 4PM EST and checkout is at 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Includes a dedicated office desk for remote work.
