The open living area is designed for both downtime and productivity, with a 60” Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating. The kitchen comes fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, dishware, and a Keurig coffee machine. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. As this property is located in a vibrant area, some street noise and sounds from neighboring units may occasionally be heard.
