A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Private parking is conveniently located next to the home. Located just a 5-minute walk from the Cleveland Clinic, this studio is perfect for Cleveland Clinic visitors, traveling nurses, Cleveland Clinic students, or anyone seeking a peaceful and functional studio retreat near Cleveland’s attractions. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning, but smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs and no parties or large gatherings are allowed. A $150 fee will be charged for late check-out without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
