Perfectly situated for your stay in Akron, this one-of-a-kind estate is ready to host your group of up to 10 guests, providing the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and modern amenities. Make magical memories in Akron! Unauthorized parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited, with a penalty of $5000 for each instance. Keep noise to a minimum outside, as decibel readers track noise levels (without recording conversations). A $500 fine applies for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No pets are permitted, and indoor smoking incurs a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. A $150 charge applies for late check-out without prior notice. Three security cameras are installed: one pointing at the backyard, another by the garage area, and the third on the other side of the house. Guests are kindly reminded to remove their shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable.
