The updated kitchen features modern touches, including new paint, ceramic tile flooring, a stylish tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Head up five steps to find four generously sized bedrooms, each with hardwood flooring, fresh paint, and updated lighting. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The additional full bathroom is on this level with a tub/shower combo. The lower level features a cozy family room with a half bathroom and exterior access, and a built-in desk and bookshelves make this an ideal workspace. The basement includes laundry facilities, an air hockey table, PacMan arcade game, and a putting green. A maximum of two dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, but smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 charge applies for late checkout without prior notice. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt.
