Indoors, relax in the cozy living room with a wrap-around sofa featuring individually controlled recliners, a large-screen smart TV, and a gas fireplace. The dining area offers stunning water views, and the gas grill is perfect for al fresco dining. Island Sunrise provides off-street parking for three cars. During the off-season, small to medium dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis with additional fees. Pets must be crated if left alone, and during peak season, the home has a strict no pets policy. Plum Island, a 6-mile long barrier beach south of Newburyport, offers a unique blend of natural beauty and recreational activities. Explore the Parker River Wildlife Refuge, home to nearly 300 bird species, or take a kayak or paddleboard tour through the marshes. Newburyport, just 35 miles northeast of Boston, is a historic seaport with vibrant boating, rich culture, and award-winning dining and shopping. Enjoy hiking, exploring downtown boutiques, or discovering the city's seafaring history. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties or events are allowed, and violations may result in eviction without a refund. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors and follow all parking instructions.
