The master bedroom features a queen bed and a Smart TV with ROKU hookup, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with a full and a single bed respectively. The full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. Guests can enjoy a variety of a la carte services to enhance their stay, including private chef services, hospital amenities, car transportation, and car charging stations. Parking is available in the garage or in the guest parking area, with a limit of 3 cars. Pets are welcome, with the number of pets negotiable. The cleaning fee is also negotiable, based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. This condo is ideally situated for easy access to Cleveland's key attractions. Guests booking a stay between 30-59 days will have a $400 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. Exceeding this cap by more than $25 will require reimbursement. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage, except for Wi-Fi and security system. The condo is located in a wooded area, and while we ensure thorough cleaning, wildlife such as deer and squirrels are common. In the rare event of seeing a mouse, contact us immediately. The condo features a lockbox on the front door and a keypad in the garage for easy access. Bedrooms are on the second floor, requiring comfort with stairs.
