This unique loft features a Queen bedroom upstairs in the loft and a living room with Roku TV, dining table, full-sized kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathroom with shower downstairs. It is just 20 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater and 12 minutes from Ball Arena, offering a taste of small-town life without the drive. This one-bedroom loft is right next door to a bakery and has its own private front door, offering the entire unit to yourself. Upon entering, you'll see colorful curtains in the windows of the living room, a brand new loveseat, and a 55" HD TV that is Roku enabled. The unit is filled with natural lighting, thanks to the corner windows with bench seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig, coffee, creamer, full-sized oven, range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with utensils, plates, and cookware. Next to the refrigerator is a combination washer/dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets provided. The bathroom, located through the kitchen, includes amenities like shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and plenty of towels. The semi-steep custom wooden stairs lead to the loft bedroom, which has a Queen bed, dresser, extra pillows, and blankets. The loft has an open railing with a partition for added privacy and light blocking. The unit also offers free high-speed Wi-Fi and its own heat and air conditioning. You may park on the street or in the parking lot to the left of the building. Although signs indicate 2-hour parking, they are not enforced. Park along the building's wall with the flower mural. For guests staying two weeks or more, mid-stay cleaning services are available, including a refresh of essential supplies. Our professional cleaning team can accommodate requests based on availability, and we’d be happy to provide a quote for the service. As one of Denver’s blossoming cultural districts, the Lofts at 38th is your place for events, shopping, and restaurants in downtown Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The eclectic mix of local businesses, restaurants, and shopping offers a taste of small-town life without the drive. The unit is in the same building as a bakery and art framing gallery, with a bicycle store across the street and many restaurants, bars, and a spa within walking distance. Lyft and Uber are available, and the RTD-Denver bus stop is just on the corner of the block. This property offers fully self check-in with an access code to the front door. A check-in form and agreement are required after booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth stay. Respect reservation times, as cleaning and maintenance are scheduled around check-in and out times. No parties or unregistered guests are allowed, with additional charges for undisclosed guests. No smoking of any substance is permitted in the house or on the property, with a $350 fee for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee per instance, plus cleaning costs.
