Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy on your private balcony with sweeping coastal views. The inviting living space is designed for comfort, making it the ideal spot to recharge after a day of sun and fun. As a guest, you'll have access to a game room, indoor shared sauna, air conditioning, and heating. You'll have access to indoor and outdoor pools, a shared hot tub, and a fitness room. Free parking is available at the property for a maximum of two cars. Parking is available in front of the building and in a parking garage located on Cassandra Lane. Guests will need to retrieve the keycard from the room in order to access the parking garage. Myrtle Beach offers a variety of attractions. Myrtle Beach State Park is a beautiful oceanfront park with nature trails, picnic areas, a fishing pier, and lovely beach access. Family Kingdom Amusement Park is just minutes away, and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach is a 187-foot Ferris wheel located along the boardwalk. Other attractions include Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Promenade, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Pinball Museum, and the Art Museum of Myrtle Beach. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine, in addition to a charge for any cleaning costs. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $100 will be applied. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
