Feel at home in this comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite with a balcony and unobstructed downtown view. This apartment has everything you need. The fully functional kitchen includes tea, coffee, a kettle, a coffeemaker, and a toaster. A washer and dryer are available. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per night. It's recommended to request it in advance as spaces may be limited. In case of no availability, there is paid underground parking 100 meters from the building at 27 Grosvenor St. The price is $30 per 24 hours weekdays and $16 weekends. Pets are allowed in the apartment with a fee of $20 per night for 1 pet, please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. A travel crib (for baby 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night, please book in advance. The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to their arrival, including every guest's name, ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required). Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. If smoking occurs inside, there is damage to the unit, or other house rules are violated, the $200 deposit will not be refunded. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. The partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fees.
