Enjoy the use of two 2-person kayaks (bring your own life jackets), a pool table, an air hockey table, a dart board, yard games, and a fire pit. Amenities include a drilled well, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. Drip coffee is available. Dogs are considered with a pet fee of $125 per stay. A fee of $154 per stay per pet applies. The Knights Hill Community is perfect for families, offering a nice beach area (there is even a pet-friendly waterfront area), two tennis courts, pristine adult and kiddie pools, and a dock for loading and unloading. In the winter, the property is minutes from Shawnee Peak and an hour from Sunday River for great skiing. Snowmobile trails and ice fishing are practically outside your door. The waterfront area is less than a mile away on Moose Pond, and a private mooring is available during the boating season. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parking is free and available.
