This property offers ample sleeping space for up to 19 guests, with additional sleeping areas in the loft and a finished lower level, making it perfect for families and groups. The chalet features a well-stocked kitchen and a great room with a large flat-screen TV, cable, and internet. Enjoy a sitting area off the kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace. For entertainment, there's a pool table, air hockey table, dart board, yard games, and a fire pit. Two 2-person kayaks are available for use on Moose Pond (guests must provide their own life jackets). A mooring is available on Moose Pond during the boating season. Parking is free and available on site. Pets are considered with a $154 fee per stay per pet. Linens and towels are available to rent at the office. Situated in the Knights Hill Community, this chalet offers a private setting with convenient access to community amenities. The community boasts a nice beach area, a pet-friendly waterfront area, two tennis courts, adult and kiddie pools, and a dock for loading and unloading. For winter enthusiasts, the property is minutes from Shawnee Peak and an hour from Sunday River for skiing, with snowmobile trails and ice fishing practically at your doorstep. Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. All properties are non-smoking. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 25. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation, and no parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
