Situated on the third (top) floor, it features three bedrooms, with the third bedroom doubling as the living room. The apartment is filled with excellent sunlight and is remarkably quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. Recently renovated with a well-designed layout, the space includes a full kitchen complete with a dishwasher, perfect for preparing meals. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout, and guests have access to a free washer and dryer located in the basement. The driveway offers free parking for those traveling with a vehicle. Each of the three queen beds is comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of exploring or attending business meetings. Just south of the University of Cincinnati, you can walk to UC from here, but otherwise, you will likely need to Uber, Lyft, or drive. Free on-site parking is available to make that easy. Additionally, the apartment is nearby some of the city's most walkable neighborhoods, including Over the Rhine and downtown. Once you get to OTR or Downtown, simply park your car and walk everywhere or take the free Streetcar. The third bedroom doubles as the living room. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, and may result in prosecution. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm to 8am, and amplified music is forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking and lighting anything indoors is not allowed, and violations may result in a $300 cleaning fee. A $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys. Deep cleaning fees may apply for stays longer than 14 days or if the unit is left in disorder. Security fees may be billed if incurred due to behavior at the property, with a minimum fee of $150.
