Coupeville is a historic town with boutique shops along the waterfront and is the second oldest town in the State of Washington. This home is 3 minutes east of the town of Coupeville, 15 minutes north of the city of Oak Harbor, 30 minutes north of Deception Pass State Park, 5 minutes south of Ebey's Landing, 7 minutes south of the Coupeville Ferry to Port Townsend, and 30 minutes south of the Clinton Ferry to Seattle. The best way to explore Whidbey Island is by car. NAS is stationed on Whidbey Island, and this home is close to the OLF (Outlying Landing Field), so you will hear jets flying by. Cell service is spotty in the area, but enabling Wi-Fi calling and texting will help. This is a pet-friendly home, but please refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens, and do not leave pets unattended. Please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and digital piracy and shoes are not allowed in the home. A $500 fine will be charged per violation. Includes a workspace/desk for your remote work needs.
