Feel at home in this spacious retreat featuring a backyard equipped with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The home boasts a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, dinnerware, silverware, drinkware, cookware, and servingware. Enjoy the versatile and spacious loft with a sofa bed, on-site washer and dryer, mini-split for cooling, and a fireplace for cozy evenings. Smart TV and internet are available for streaming, and the front porch and covered backyard deck offer year-round outdoor relaxation. The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. Located in Paradise Estates, a private community about 5 miles from the Nisqually entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park, this home offers access to excellent hiking trails and diverse outdoor activities. The cabin is accessed by fully maintained roads all year round, but there is no public transit nearby, so it is only accessible by car. Four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter, and tire chains are available for rent at local stores during winter. This pet-friendly home requests that pets are not allowed on furniture or linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Pets should not be left unattended, and guests are asked to bring poop bags and pick up after their pets. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10pm-8am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and there is a $500 fine per violation. Use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during the burn ban.
