Feel at home in this spacious, recently remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath getaway in Cove Cay, a gated golf course community along Tampa Bay. This apartment overlooks the waterway. This apartment features a full kitchen with new, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, double-door fridge, and coffee maker. Silverware, dishes, pots, pans, and cooking ware are provided. The open-style kitchen has a breakfast bar and opens into the dining area with a large glass dining table and wine rack. The living room includes two white couches, a 55-inch smart TV, and a gas fireplace. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit and complimentary Wi-Fi. Complimentary parking is provided. Cove Cay is centrally located between Clearwater Beach and Tampa. The community has 24/7 security at the front gate and is comprised of beautifully landscaped gardens, palm trees, fountains, and fairways. A Florida state-compliant lease and HOA application must be signed and completed within 72 hours of booking. Additionally, a $150 application fee and additional relevant information will be required. A background check will also be required and may incur an additional $30-60 fee. No pets are allowed. If a pet is brought without express permission having been received, we reserve the right to charge an additional $100 per night for every night the pet is there or cancel the remainder of the reservation without any refund. No parties or events are allowed. If we receive a complaint from the property manager or the neighbors, we will notify you to keep it down. If we receive a second complaint, we will charge a $250 fee. If we receive a third complaint, we will charge a $250 fee and cancel the remainder of your reservation without a refund. No additional overnight guests are allowed without receiving advance permission in writing. If you would like to have a visitor you must notify us in advance and give us the name and dates. If you do not notify us and we discover an additional guest, we will charge an extra $100 per night for a minimum of 3 nights. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without any refund and charge a $250 penalty.
