This tropical-inspired home offers a comfortable retreat for up to 7 guests. The open living room features comfy seating and tropical ocean-inspired décor, creating a relaxed gathering spot. Adjacent, the open-concept dining area offers space for meals or planning the day ahead. A large full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and kitchen essentials. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. A queen bed fills the second bedroom, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. A twin air mattress provides an extra sleeping option when needed. Enjoy the screened-in tiki patio with outdoor dining, and dip into the pool for a refreshing swim. The fully fenced backyard provides lounge seating and a fire pit, perfect for unhurried evenings. Beach essentials are stocked, making a quick trip to the shoreline effortless. Guests enjoy free parking for up to four vehicles plus additional street parking. This is a pet-friendly home. Set in a quiet residential area, the home offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Largo. Clearwater and Sand Key beaches are just a short drive away, and local attractions are within reach, giving you the freedom to balance peaceful downtime with exploration. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to a $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog (less than 60 lbs). A Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi keep you connected and entertained when you choose to stay in. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. We have a ring camera on the front door.
