The spacious kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances and kitchen essentials. This home is pet-friendly, and free parking is available for 4 cars. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please provide at least a week's notice and pay $35 per day of usage. Nestled in a quiet residential area, this home offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Largo. Clearwater and Sand Key beaches are just a short drive away, and local attractions are within reach. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 3. Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to 2 vehicles, and 2 vehicles may park on the street in front of the home. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please do not park inside the garage for any reason.
