Enjoy two living rooms with ample space for entertainment, smart TVs in the living rooms and every bedroom, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. A private office is available for those who need to work, and the home features a private entrance with self check-in. Parking is convenient with a 2-car driveway and plenty of street parking. The home is dog-friendly with a $150 pet fee for up to 2 dogs, with no breed or weight restrictions. To further elevate your stay, a variety of experience add-ons are available, including early check-ins and late check-outs, private chefs, in-home massages, and in-home yoga sessions. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation. No smoking is permitted on the property, including porches, decks, or outdoor areas, at any time. All guests shall not engage in illegal activity. There will be an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 for violations of the house rules or for excessive cleaning required.
