The vibrant neighborhood offers endless entertainment options, from Music Hall and Washington Park to a variety of nearby breweries and distilleries. Findlay Market, a regional destination, is just four blocks away. The apartment is on the third floor, and the bedrooms are on the second floor of the apartment. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing under Cincinnati Municipal Code and may result in prosecution. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm to 8am. Smoking and open flames are not allowed, and violations may result in a $300 cleaning fee. A $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys. Additional fees may be incurred for excessive cleaning or security issues.
