Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house or garage is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning; smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and complaints from neighbors will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Events are allowed only with pre-approval from the host and agreement to abide by community terms. No more than 10 guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the host. No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host. No parking or driving on the lawn, as damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
