The open-concept living room boasts expansive lake views, comfortable couches, and a big-screen Smart TV for movie nights. An extra-long dining table with 8 chairs is perfect for shared meals. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, central heat and AC, and ceiling fans. Enjoy the outdoor grill and a wood-burning fire pit for evening relaxation. For water activities, two kayaks and two stand-up paddleboards with life jackets are provided, along with fishing poles. Free parking is available for up to 6 vehicles. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet, which does not cover unexpected damage. Located on a quiet cove of Lake Wylie, this home is just 15 minutes from Carowinds Amusement and Waterpark. Nearby attractions include Tega Cay Golf Club (8 miles), Quail Hollow Club (15 miles), and Charlotte City Center (20 miles). CLT International Airport is 18 miles away. Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house/garage is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning; smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Respect the neighbors, as complaints may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Events are allowed only with pre-approval from the host and agreement to abide by community terms. No more than 10 guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the host. No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host. No parking or driving on the lawn, as damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest. Use of the fireplace is not allowed. ID verification and a damage waiver purchase ($89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights) or a security deposit authorization hold ($1000) are required prior to check-in. For the security and safety of all guests, this property has a Ring camera that monitors the front and backyard.
