There’s plenty of space for entertaining – both indoors in the spacious living area and outdoors by the pool! The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is perfectly designed to delight any home chef and includes black and stainless steel appliances such as an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Cooking essentials, place settings, and dining utensils are provided. The spacious living room has comfortable couches, a designer rug, coffee tables, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Each bedroom has been carefully curated with your comfort in mind and includes bedside tables, wall art, and lamps. The 2 bathrooms have high-end finishes, a bathtub, a walk-in glass door shower, and an extended vanity. The backyard has been transformed into a tropical paradise for your enjoyment and includes an outdoor swimming pool and a grill for a great Texan BBQ. The backyard is fully fenced for your privacy. Free parking is available in the double car garage or on the street in front of the house. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). We’re a popular destination for business travelers in the Dallas area and we pack a punch with plenty of entertainment! Nearby points of interest include The Heritage Farmstead Museum (3 min drive), Downtown Plano (4 min drive), The Interurban Railway Museum (4 min drive), The Shops at Legacy (14 min drive), and Arbor Hills Nature Preserve (14 min drive). For those interested in exploring Dallas, noteworthy attractions include the Perot Museum of Nature and Science (20 min drive), Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens (25 min drive), Reunion Tower (23 min drive), and AT&T Stadium (35 min drive). Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed.
