Welcome to this serene villa in Fallbrook, where you'll feel at home. This spacious home offers stunning views and peaceful surroundings. This home features two large living rooms with comfortable sectional sofas, a full kitchen stocked with essential cookware and modern appliances, and four full bathrooms, two with jetted bathtubs. Toiletries, towels, and hairdryers are provided. Enjoy access to multiple smart TVs, cable, Roku, and a game console. There are also fireplaces on both levels. A washer, dryer, and detergent are provided for your convenience. Pets are welcome. Garage and driveway parking are available for 10+ vehicles. You're just 5–10 minutes from Fallbrook’s wineries, shopping, and local restaurants, 30–40 minutes from Temecula, Legoland, Pechanga, and Pala Casinos, and 1 hour from San Diego and the beach. Smoking is strictly allowed outdoors only. Each unauthorized guest or pet will incur a $100 per night penalty. To avoid neighbors calling the police, lower all noise and close windows to prevent noise from going outside of the house. Any activities after 9 PM need to be inside the house with all doors and windows closed to prevent noise. If neighbors complain, or you violate the noise house rule multiple times, it's $1000 for violation. Late checkout without prior approval will be fined 2 times the nightly rate. Do not put trash or toilet paper in the toilet bowls because clogged toilets or plumbing issues can result in a bill of $300-$500. No DJ is allowed, and the penalty is $1000 for violations. With 500 Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi and multiple indoor and outdoor workstations, remote working is a breeze.
