Additional amenities include an outdoor patio/dining area, BBQ grill, fire pit, hammock, corn hole, and a washer and dryer. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a fee of $125 per stay. The cabin is in a prime location, 25 minutes away from Downtown Asheville and the airport. Nearby attractions include Bearwallow Mountain Trail for hiking, Turgua Brewing for local beers, Smokey and the Pig for BBQ, Sky Mountain Pizza, and Trout Lily Market for local items and deli options. Restaurants in the area include The Local Joint, Piazza, Troyer's Country Amish Blatz, HillTop Creamery, and Rise Above Bakehouse. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required to access the property, especially during rainy or snowy conditions. No parties are allowed. All trash must be bagged before being placed in the bins, and a fine will be assessed if trash is found unbagged upon checkout. The indoor fireplace is permanently out of order. The Wi-Fi has been noted as being slow or spotty at times. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.
