Renter is responsible for electric and water. Rent includes internet and cable. FIrst month's rent plus a refundable security deposit of $3,200 is due at signing. The security deposit is held for damages and does not apply towards rent. No smoking is allowed. Maximum 6 occupants. No subleasing. Ask about 3 month discount.
