Relax and feel at home in this stylish apartment located in the heart of Glendale. The unit is on the second floor of a walk-up building. The living space features an innovative open-concept design that blends the living and dining areas with the kitchen, creating a modern and sleek living experience. The living room has a sofa bed, chair, 4K 55" HDR smart TV, and coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features a king-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, as well as reading lamps. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room and is stocked with essential toiletries, including towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals for an additional fee of $20 per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. This vibrant area is home to numerous award-winning restaurants, shops, historic landmarks, and attractions, making exploring Glendale and the surrounding region easy and convenient. All guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are security cameras in the hallways for security. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure the noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. Includes an office desk and chair. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check in/check out at a fee of $25/hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request.
