It doesn’t get better than this condo for urban explorers. Imagine staying above one of the top ten food markets in the world, in a brand new condo with all modern amenities. This 2-bedroom condo, meticulously renovated by the owner, is the perfect base to explore the city. You'll have the whole apartment to yourself, taking one flight of stairs to your unit and enjoying total privacy from there. The space has soaring ceilings, a crisp, clean look accented with exposed brick walls, and tasteful furnishings. The living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen are united in an open concept, making it perfect for small gatherings with friends and family. The kitchen has all new appliances and granite countertops, catering to culinary enthusiasts who want to buy high-end ingredients in the market to cook here. We've tried to think of everything to enhance your stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, three smart TVs, a washer and dryer, and central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Street parking, garages, and pay lots are available if you have a car. There are some free parking spots nearby that you can normally catch, and a $10 per day lot if you happen to be here at a peak time where you can't grab a free one. We are located right next to a large parking lot that's great to park at first while you're getting oriented, especially if you have a lot to unload, but it's a bit pricey to stay for long. We are happy to help you navigate parking if you have any trouble. Outside, you're just steps away from Over-the-Rhine's historic charm. Explore eclectic shops, top-notch dining, and a thriving arts scene. Findlay Market is right underneath you with its fresh produce and artisanal goods. If you're in the mood for culture, downtown Cincinnati and the riverfront are a short walk, streetcar, or bike ride away. We're also within walking distance or a short streetcar ride from all Cincinnati stadiums, breweries, bars, restaurants, theaters, concert venues, museums, axe-throwing, cooking classes, arcades, amazing parks, and most anything you could be looking to find. There is a free streetcar just steps away from the door that can take you all the way to the river where the Bengals and Reds stadiums, parks, and countless other fun stops can be made along the way. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance, written consent. Throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges for criminal trespass may be pressed, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm to 8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Smoking and flames are not allowed. Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately, if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock. Registration Number: 262736
