There is a limited amount of parking available for $20 per day per car. Please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange parking. Nestled on the Cincinnati riverfront in the Banks neighborhood beside Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and The Andrew J. Brady ICON Music Center, this apartment delivers an energetic, diverse lifestyle at the heart of the action. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent in the area. You'll be staying in an area full of energy and charm, where the sounds of music, cheerful conversations, and the hum of the city may occasionally drift in, especially in the evenings. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day, and the home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
