Parking is available for one car in the designated spot in the driveway. Unauthorized street parking may result in a fine of up to $1000. Conveniently located near major freeways I-15 and I-215, this apartment offers easy access to various destinations. The University of Utah, Vivint Arena, Salt Palace Convention Center, and Downtown SLC are all approximately 16 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly, and close to everything, including UTA route 953 to Alta/Snowbird and Fort Union Shops. The owner lives upstairs, and you may occasionally see or hear them. Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the premises, with a $200 per day fee for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur a fee of $15 per hour. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $50 fee per hour. Communication with guest services is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM MDT. Outdoor security cameras may be in use, and no cameras are located in or pointing to indoor spaces.
