This beach house is perfect for large groups, with six bedrooms and three full baths providing plenty of space to spread out. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs. Outside, the deck is a highlight, featuring cornhole, darts, a 75-inch TV, a hammock, a propane grill, and ample seating for relaxation and entertainment. Located just a block from the beach, this retreat offers easy access to the sand and sea, making it an ideal spot for beach lovers. The multi-level set-up provides breathtaking beach views and ample space to unwind. There are many stairs throughout the property, which may be challenging for young children or guests with mobility concerns. Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later with a smart lock for easy entry, and check-out is at 11:00 AM sharp. Late check-out may be available upon request. The property enforces a strict no-smoking or vaping policy indoors, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 26 guests with no unregistered visitors. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment. Parties, large gatherings, and events are not permitted.
