Tampering with or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering, or blocking it, will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. There is a $500 deep cleaning fee for smoking or vaping inside of the home, and the reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found after check-out, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately.
