The cottage features a sandy and pebbly waterfront with child-safe frontage, making it ideal for families. It includes a dock suitable for tie-up, though overnight tie-up is not permitted. A mooring is available with a white ball in front of the cottage to the left, secured with a 1/2 inch chain and a 250 lb mushroom anchor. The cottage is equipped with internet, cable, and a DVD player, and offers gas heat and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Located on the serene Sebago Lake, this cottage offers easy access to a variety of outdoor activities.
