The open-concept living area boasts high-end finishes, ensuring a modern and comfortable environment. Pets are welcome with a $30 fee and a self-service pet spa is available on-site. Garage parking is available for your convenience. Ideally located near Las Olas Boulevard, this apartment places you close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, as well as the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach. Check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property and a $250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
