The home is located close to the highway, so noise is audible from the rooftop and you may occasionally hear passing trucks from inside. This is a 4-story home with the rooftop being the 4th story, so be prepared to climb stairs. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. No smoking is permitted on the property, including porches, decks, or outdoor areas, at any time. All guests shall not engage in illegal activity. There will be an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 for violations of the house rules above or for excessive cleaning required. Cover the hot tub when it's not being used, and no glass in or around the hot tub. A $400 fee will be charged if glass or other substances are found in the hot tub. The Wildflower is perfect for an extended work-from-home stay with high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout, allowing you to connect to all your favorite streaming apps and work efficiently from any room.
